Nice Chinese flavors in this traditional dish - cubed deboned chicken (breast and thigh) made with chopped green onions, garlic, hoisin and fish sauce and rice vinegar tossed in soy sauce combined with crunchy cashews. “Fried Rice” is meant to sit underneath, but this is made with heart healthy Cauliflower (riced fine) w/fresh ginger, peas, carrots, sesame oil & soy sauce to “mimic” Chinese fried rice. Can be refrigerated 2-3 days. One of the favorites at Simply Pepper!
