Simply Pepper features Two (2) Meal CHOICES to choose from each week AND Two (2) SALADS/DIPS. These need very little prep at home - typically one Meal Choice will need just a drop in pan, add a pre-measured/pre-prepped ingredient(s) and heat, The other Meal Choice will be just a reheat only.
So you have your choice of very little prep to no prep at all!!!
That is what makes us different than other meal delivery service for your home.
We have years of experience with many different recipes and how to break them down to “finish onsite” with the least amount of prep in order to deliver their best freshness most easily. I began cooking when I was a little girL -
It was one of the first things my mother taught me. I come from a long line of great cooks - my grandmother, mother and father - I was surrounded by italians who loved to cook and entertain. Every other weekend was a party at my mom and dads house with all the trimmings….and a lot of people.
In my years of experience with boutique and large caterers, I have worked every facet of the event business - floor staff, bartender, floor manager, themed event designer, party planner, prep cook and chef. My dad always used to say “if you want to be the President - you have to learn how to sweep the floors first”. I have the well-rounded skill set to make your special event flow.
I have created parties for Real Time with Bill Maher, The James Corden Show, Google, CBS Diversity, IATSE Local 705 - Costumer’s Union of Los Angeles, Ninja Kitchen Systems, Mens Warehouse, Acme Entertainment and several notable government officials and celebrities. For the past 8 years I have been the Event manager and Caterer (weekly) for HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher at CBS Studios.

is a light pasta dish in delicate cream sauce. It has just blanched broccoli that adds a green veggie cooked “al dente” just like the pasta, and dressed with a lemony cream sauce made with lemon juice and lemon zest, chopped garlic, olive oil and cream. Then tossed right in is lots of parmesan cheese until melted before adding fresh sliced cherry tomatoes, steamed broccoli florets and handfuls of raw arugula. The green veggies are a great compliment to the cream sauce and the lemon makes it pop in your mouth to make it finish fresh and light.
